Shifts:
Hours & Schedule Type:
Part-Time or Full-Time for the right candidate (2-5 shifts per week on average)
Weekday Shift:
10:00 AM - 6:00
PM Saturday Shift:
9:00 AM - 3:00
PM Availability:
Saturday availability is required. We will work with the right candidate to schedule weekday shifts around their existing commitments.
Location:
Working 2-4 shifts (we are flexible) between two locations: Jenion and Holland (about 20 minutes a part). On occasion, helping at other stores.
Pay:
$17.00/hour starting base ( this includes a $1.00/hour addition for traveling between stores) + Commission (Average performers add $2.00 to $4.00/hour to their annual average, with top earners doing much more) About the

Spring/Summer:
High energy and highly rewarding. You'll be helping daily retail customers, running water tests, and actively selling hot tubs ranging from $7,000 to $30,000. Your commission checks during the busy season will reflect your effort.
Fall/Winter:
Extremely laid-back. The showroom slows down, giving you plenty of quiet downtime to handle college coursework, study, or manage light store upkeep with very little rush.
What You'll Do High-Ticket Showroom Sales:
Learn our inventory and guide customers through purchasing premium hot tubs ($7k to $30k) and high-end pool equipment. You need the confidence to talk money and close deals.
Retail & Customer Support:
Walk pool owners through basic chemistry, run water tests (we train you on this), and keep them stocked with the right chemicals.
Daily Operations:
Keep the showroom looking sharp, stock shelves, and help run day-to-day store operations.
Stay Mobile:
Support our team by traveling between Jenison and Holland locations (about 20 minutes a part). On occasion, being willing to help at other locations in Grand Rapids is a requirement.
What We're Looking For Sales Drive:
You don't need decades of experience, but you must have the confidence, communication skills, and thick skin required to sell premium products to high-end buyers.
Reliable Transportation:
You must have a dependable vehicle and a valid driver's license to travel between our local West Michigan shops.
Coachability:
You don't need to know anything about hot tubs or pool chemistry right now—we will teach you the industry. You just need to bring the work ethic and the desire to make money.
