Job Description

We are looking for a new asset to the McKimmy Ag Crew! An individual who can help with our daily operations, ordering and building customer relationships. Experience is preferred. This is a full-time position, (45-60 hours per week during busy season), $18 - $25 per hour depending on experience. Health benefits after 90 days.

DUTIES:

Customer Service:

Strong communication skills Phone skills a MUST Answer phones, assist customers Product recommendations Load customer orders Operate the register Operate equipment: Forklift, Back-hoe Weigh Slips Build customer relationships

Ordering:

Feed, fuel and office supplies Invoices Learn and establish vendor relationships Weekly ordering Pricing Check-in products Notifying customers regarding special products

Monthly Fertilizer Report:

Record fertilizer sales to the state

Bulk, Bag, Liquid Inventory Display:

Organize office product layout Rearrange per season

Miscellaneous Office Paperwork:

Word Proposals Excel Spreadsheets
