Pay:

$14.50-$18.00/hour Job Summary A Boutique Sales Associate provides exceptional customer service and drives sales by assisting customers, offering personalized styling advice, and ensuring a memorable shopping experience. They maintain an in-depth knowledge of the boutique's inventory, stay updated on fashion trends, and build lasting customer relationships. Strong communication skills, a keen eye for fashion, and a passion for customer satisfaction are essential for this role. Responsibilities Greet and welcome customers, offering personalized styling advice and assistance. Engage with customers to promote products and achieve sales targets. Maintain an organized and visually appealing sales floor with well-stocked products. Receive and process new shipments. Process secure sales transactions and perform daily cash reconciliations. Stay updated on fashion trends and educate customers on product features. Build lasting relationships with customers and ensure a welcoming boutique atmosphere. Skills and Abilities Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Exceptional customer service abilities. Keen eye for fashion and attention to detail. Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment. A great attitude and genuine passion for fashion matter more to us than years of experience — retail or boutique background is a plus, but not required. Additional Requirements Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed. Ability to work well in a team and independently. Positive attitude and a passion for fashion and customer satisfaction. Other duties as assigned. Education/Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent.
