Job Description

Field Crew Member Global Environmental (Global) builds, installs, and services water treatment systems throughout Michigan and the Midwest. We are looking for a dependable, hard-working individual to join our field crew. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working outdoors, likes hands-on work, and isn't afraid to get dirty. Previous construction or labor experience is helpful but not required—we're happy to train someone with a strong work ethic, a positive attitude, and the ability to take direction. What You'll Do No two days are the same. You'll work alongside experienced crew leaders both in the field (construction sites, industrial facilities, gas stations, etc.) and at our Holly, Michigan facility, helping complete a variety of projects.
Responsibilities include:
Assist with the installation, maintenance, and removal of water treatment systems at project sites. Help build and assemble equipment in our Holly shop using common hand and power tools. Load and unload materials, equipment, and supplies for daily jobs. Operate company vehicles and equipment as trained. Assist with cleanup and general job site and shop organization. Follow company safety procedures and help maintain a safe work environment. Travel throughout Michigan and occasionally to surrounding states for project work. What We're Looking For Successful candidates are: Dependable and show up ready to work by 7 am. Hard-working and willing to learn. Able to follow instructions and work well as part of a team. Comfortable working both indoors and outdoors in a variety of weather conditions. Physically capable of lifting up to 60 pounds and standing, walking, bending, and working throughout the day. Willing to travel overnight when projects require it (occasional). Comfortable using basic hand and power tools. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. Valid driver's license with a good driving record (chauffeur's license can be obtained after hire if needed). Basic computer skills. Ability to pass a DOT physical, including drug and alcohol screening. Comfortable wearing personal protective equipment, including a respirator when required (occasional). Construction, landscaping, utility, warehouse, manufacturing, farm, or other hands-on work experience is a plus.
OSHA HAZWOPER
