Job Description

At The UPS Store, we help customers with shipping, packing, returns, mailbox services, and other everyday needs.
Our goal is simple:
provide friendly, reliable service in a fast-paced retail environment. We value teamwork, professionalism, and treating customers right.
Position Overview:
We are seeking a friendly and dependable Customer Service Associate to join our team. This role focuses on assisting customers at the counter, processing transactions, and supporting daily store operations. No prior printing experience is required. Training will be provided for all services offered in the store.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet customers and provide helpful, professional service. Assist customers with shipping, packing, returns, and general store services. Operate the point-of-sale system accurately and efficiently. Answer questions and resolve customer concerns in a calm and respectful manner. Promote store services such as mailbox rentals and packaging solutions. Support daily store operations, including opening and closing tasks. Keep the store clean, organized, and stocked. Work as part of a team to keep the store running smoothly.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent. Customer service or retail experience preferred. Strong communication and people skills. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment. Basic computer skills and willingness to learn. Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented. Positive attitude and strong work ethic.

From $14.50 per hour
