Job Description
Part-Time Retail Sales & Product Associate E-Liquid & Vape Supplies Inline Vape Stores is looking for Part-Time Retail Sales & Product Associates to join our team at multiple store locations. This position is a good fit for someone who enjoys working with customers, learning about products, and helping create a positive in-store shopping experience. In this role, you will assist customers with product questions, support daily store operations, and help maintain a clean, organized, and professional retail environment. Associates are expected to provide honest, helpful recommendations while making sure customers feel comfortable and informed. Job Duties Greet customers and provide friendly, professional service Help customers choose products based on their needs and preferences Answer product-related questions clearly and accurately Recommend additional items or upgrades when they are useful and appropriate Operate the POS system and process customer transactions accurately Handle cash, card payments, and receipts responsibly Assist with opening and/or closing the store as scheduled Restock shelves and organize merchandise throughout the store Maintain clean, attractive product displays Keep the sales floor neat, safe, and welcoming Help with inventory counts, stock checks, audits, and reporting Follow company procedures, store policies, and compliance standards Communicate professionally with managers, coworkers, and customers Qualifications Previous retail, customer service, or vape industry experience is a plus Strong communication and listening skills Friendly, professional, and customer-focused attitude Reliable, punctual, and consistent with attendance Detail-oriented and able to stay organized during shifts Comfortable handling cash and using a POS system Honest, respectful, and professional in all interactions Willing to learn about products, store procedures, and industry requirements Able to work independently and as part of a team Must be available for part-time scheduling, including some evenings and/or weekends as needed Position Expectations Provide customers with a helpful and respectful shopping experience Offer product suggestions based on customer needs, not pressure-based selling Stay knowledgeable about products and store offerings Maintain accuracy when handling transactions and inventory Keep the store clean, organized, and professional at all times Follow all company standards related to product quality, compliance, and customer service The goal of this position is to help customers feel confident in their purchase while supporting smooth day-to-day store operations. We are looking for dependable team members who take pride in customer service, product knowledge, and maintaining a professional retail environment.
