The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining a safe and secure environment for patrons and staff at our venue. This position requires strong interpersonal skills, the ability to handle conflict effectively, and a commitment to upholding the venue's policies and regulations. Responsibilities Monitor entrance and exit points to ensure the safety of guests and staff. Conduct ID checks to verify the age of patrons entering the venue. Manage crowd control and maintain order during events or busy periods. Respond promptly to incidents or disturbances, employing conflict management techniques as necessary. Provide first aid and CPR assistance when required, ensuring the well-being of all guests. Collaborate with law enforcement when necessary, maintaining a professional demeanor at all times. Assist in loss prevention efforts by identifying suspicious behavior or potential theft. Skills Proficiency in conflict management and de-escalation techniques. Certification in First Aid and CPR is highly desirable. Experience in law enforcement or military service is a plus. Familiarity with loss prevention strategies to safeguard property and patrons. Strong observational skills with attention to detail for identifying potential issues before they escalate. Excellent communication skills for interacting effectively with guests, staff, and law enforcement personnel.
