Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems efficiently for cash handling, sales transactions, and inventory management. Maintain organized merchandise displays through effective merchandising and stocking practices to attract customer attention. Handle customer inquiries with clear communication skills, resolving issues promptly and professionally. Support inventory management by conducting stock checks, restocking shelves, and managing retail math to ensure accurate stock levels. Promote e-commerce options by guiding customers on online ordering or pickup services when applicable. Qualifications Passion for gardening, floral design, landscaping, or outdoor maintenance with some knowledge of horticulture principles. Experience with retail sales or cashiering roles is preferred but not required; training will be provided. Strong communication skills in English; multilingual abilities are a plus to serve diverse customer bases. Excellent organizational skills to manage stocking, merchandising, and POS operations efficiently. Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks such as lifting merchandise or assisting with outdoor product displays. Familiarity with retail math concepts for accurate cash handling and inventory tracking.
