Responsibilities Greet customers warmly and assist them in selecting products tailored to their needs, preferences, and experience levels Conduct product demonstrations and educate customers on different strains, edibles, concentrates, and accessories Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system efficiently for retail sales transactions, including cash handling and cash register operations Manage stock levels by stocking shelves, merchandising products attractively, and conducting inventory counts Upsell complementary products to enhance customer satisfaction and increase sales opportunities Maintain excellent phone etiquette when handling inquiries or placing orders remotely Ensure compliance with all legal regulations regarding cannabis sales and age restrictions Handle cash drawer with accuracy, perform basic math calculations for transactions, and balance registers at shift end Skills Proven experience with POS systems and retail sales transactions Supervising experience in a retail or customer service environment is a plus Ability to perform product demos confidently while explaining features and benefits clearly Bilingual skills are highly desirable to serve diverse customer bases effectively Strong communication skills combined with friendly phone etiquette for remote or in-store inquiries Skilled in upselling techniques to maximize sales opportunities without compromising customer experience Experience with stocking, merchandising, and inventory management in retail or grocery store settings Knowledge of retail store product knowledge, especially related to cannabis or wellness products is advantageous Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math calculations, and managing cash drawers accurately Embark on a rewarding career where your enthusiasm for wellness products meets dynamic retail action!
