Retail Sales Associate- Eastern Standard Time

Eastern Standard Time is looking for a part-time or full-time Retail Sales Associate to join our team! Eastern Standard Time offers graphic-driven apparel, hoodies, t-shirts, hats, and everyday pieces designed for comfort and repeat wear. The assortment is casual with a focus on well-designed basics and location-driven graphics. The environment is more energetic, with a steady flow of customers and a strong emphasis on keeping the space stocked, organized, and easy to shop. Responsibilities Greet customers warmly and provide upbeat, prompt, and professional customer service Assist in daily in-store operations and ensure sales goals are met Be familiar with story inventory, store layout, and product knowledge Track and manage inventory to restock the store when necessary Keep the sales floor clean, organized, and visually appealing Perform opening and closing duties as needed Manage sales transactions and exchanges with accurate and efficient use of the POS system Communicate effectively with customers, fellow employees, and store management Maintain high energy, professionalism, and positive store culture Maintain a professional appearance according to dress and grooming standards Perform other relevant tasks as instructed by management and supervisory personnel Qualifications 1 year of retail or high-end sales-related work experience preferred Flexibility to work during peak times: weekends, evenings, and holidays Excellence in communication, teamwork, and customer service Ability to organize and keep the store stocked and clean Understanding of inventory and merchandising Ability to operate the register, stand, and walk for multiple hours Ability to lift 40+ pounds
