We're looking for a reliable and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a temporary full-time Feeder Insect Technician in our Insect Department . As a member of the Insect Department, you'll play a key role in supporting our mission by helping maintain healthy feeder insect colonies that supply customers across the country. Your primary responsibilities will include daily care and maintenance of feeder insect colonies, including feeding, cleaning, monitoring health, and assisting with packing live insects for shipment. Additionally, you'll help follow established procedures to ensure quality, consistency, and animal welfare standards are met. Full-time (40 hours), Monday through Friday (8:30 AM to 4 PM) Temporary employment (starting on or before 8/17/2026, approximately 14 weeks) $16.00/hour starting wages

Day-to-Day Tasks Include:
Ensuring reliable fulfillment/production of beetles to prevent shortages or delays Maintaining proper husbandry/maintenance of beetles Ensuring reliable fulfillment of fruit flies to prevent shortages or delays
For This Position, You MUST Possess:
Attention to detail Willingness to work with live insects Ability to follow written and verbal instructions Strong communication skills Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
