  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Engage with customers to understand their needs and preferences, offering expert recommendations on cannabis products that meet those needs.
Build and maintain a strong client base through open communication, product education, and personalized service. Stay informed about the latest developments and trends in the cannabis industry, including new products and regulatory changes. Achieve or exceed sales targets through proactive outreach and relationship-building efforts. Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to develop and implement promotions and sales strategies. Maintain a well-organized inventory, ensuring products are properly displayed and stored according to company and compliance standards. Educate customers on the safe and responsible use of cannabis products. Adhere to all company policies and legal regulations regarding the sale of cannabis products.
  • Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in sales or a related role; experience in the cannabis industry is a plus.
Strong knowledge of various cannabis products and their effects. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong problem-solving and organizational abilities. Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and ever-changing environment. Must be of legal age to work with cannabis products according to local laws and regulations.
