Line busters Ensures customers waiting in line are ready when they reach the counter. Recommends products and ensures customers are in the correct line. Makes sure customers are away of product availably and suggest items to the customers. Hambassador The first person to greet the customers at the door( inside or outside). Must be welcoming, warm and pleasant. Will need to be firm to control the crowds and keep the door ways open Cooler Restocker Keep selling carts fully stocked. When one leaves, front the column and replace the same size. Notify the FOH Leader / General Manager as soon as you start to pull from the pre-paid cart.
