Responsibilities Greet customers warmly and provide outstanding service to enhance their dining or shopping experience Take accurate orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, ensuring quick and efficient transactions Prepare food items according to established recipes and safety standards, maintaining high quality and presentation Handle cash, process payments, and give correct change with attention to detail and accuracy Upsell menu items or products to increase sales and promote special offers effectively Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards by bussing tables, cleaning workstations, and adhering to food safety protocols Assist with food handling, stocking supplies, and supporting kitchen operations in a fast-paced environment Skills Experience in food preparation, food service or quick service & fast food restaurants is highly desirable Proficiency with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS; basic math skills for cash handling and retail math are essential Strong customer service skills with a friendly attitude and excellent communication abilities Ability to multitask efficiently while managing time effectively in a busy setting Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling techniques Previous restaurant experience or working in the food industry is a plus; familiarity with serving, bussing, and cashiering roles enhances your fit for this position Basic kitchen experience or café/retail experience can be advantageous for supporting team operations This energetic role invites motivated individuals eager to grow their skills in a lively environment.
