Compensation & Benefits:

Average compensation of $80,000 upto $150,000 depending on experience Health insurance Dental insurance Vision Insurance Company-Paid Life Insurance 401(k) Paid Holidays (including b-day) & Vacation Great Training/Development Opportunities! Duties include but are not limited to: Minimum 2 years automotive sales experience. Strong closing ratios and consistent monthly production. CRM discipline and follow-up mastery. Ability to create lifetime customers, not one time transactions. Professional presence aligned with a luxury brand. Qualifies buyers by understanding their requirements and interests and matching these interests to various car models. Answer customer questions about cars, financing and purchase process. Negotiate car prices and trade-in values for customers' vehicles. Coordinate with the finance department to determine each customer's financing and ownership options.
