Job Summary Join our dynamic dispensary team as a Budtender, where you will be the friendly face guiding customers through their cannabis journey. In this energetic role, you will provide expert product knowledge, exceptional customer service, and a welcoming environment for all visitors. Your enthusiasm and professionalism will help educate customers on product options, ensure compliance with regulations, and create a positive shopping experience that keeps clients coming back. Responsibilities Greet customers warmly and assist them in selecting products tailored to their needs, offering detailed product demos when appropriate Maintain an organized and well-stocked sales floor through merchandising and stocking efforts Operate the POS (Point of Sale) system efficiently for transactions, including cash handling and cashiering duties Upsell products by highlighting features and benefits to enhance customer satisfaction and increase sales Educate customers about product effects, usage, and safety guidelines to ensure responsible consumption Manage inventory levels and assist with stock replenishment to keep the dispensary fully stocked Provide excellent phone etiquette when answering inquiries Maintain all company and state standards/policies Qualifications Prior retail sales or customer service experience, preferably in a dispensary or similar environment Supervising experience is a plus, demonstrating leadership and team coordination skills Familiarity with POS systems and basic retail math for accurate transactions and inventory management Strong communication skills, including bilingual abilities to serve diverse customer bases effectively Experience conducting product demos and upselling techniques to maximize sales opportunities Knowledge of cannabis products or willingness to learn about different strains, edibles, concentrates, and accessories Ability to handle cash accurately, maintain professionalism with phone etiquette, and adhere to all safety and compliance standards Knowledge on CRA rules and regulations Join us in creating an engaging shopping experience that educates and empowers our customers!
