Duties Greet customers warmly and assist them in locating the right automotive parts and accessories efficiently Maintain accurate inventory control using inventory management systems and CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) tools Process sales transactions accurately through POS (Point of Sale) systems, handling cash, credit, and digital payments with professionalism Collaborate with technicians and service advisors to ensure timely order fulfillment for vehicle repairs and maintenance Manage stock levels by stocking shelves, organizing parts displays, and conducting regular inventory audits to prevent shortages or overstocking Utilize communication skills to negotiate with vendors for parts pricing and availability, ensuring the best options for customers and the dealership Support marketing efforts by promoting special offers or new products to customers during interactions Skills Strong organizational skills with attention to detail for inventory management and order processing Excellent communication skills, including phone etiquette and bilingual abilities to serve diverse customer needs Knowledge of automotive diagnostics, vehicle maintenance, automotive repair, and automotive service processes Proficiency in retail math for accurate pricing, discounts, and profit calculations Experience with POS systems, Microsoft Excel, and retail math for efficient sales processing and reporting Ability to handle cash handling procedures confidently while maintaining accuracy during busy periods Familiarity with dealership experience, inventory control practices, and stock management techniques Ability to negotiate effectively with vendors and customers to achieve favorable outcomes Multilingual skills are a plus for serving a diverse customer base effectively This role is perfect for motivated individuals eager to grow their career in automotive retail while delivering outstanding customer service.
