Job Description
We are looking for a reliable, friendly, and motivated Part-Time Boutique Sales Associate to join our growing boutique team. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys customer service, retail sales, fashion, gifts, beauty products, home décor, and helping create a welcoming shopping experience. The ideal candidate is dependable, organized, personable, and comfortable working independently during slower store hours while also helping customers during busy periods. Responsibilities Greet and assist customers Provide friendly customer service and product recommendations Operate cash register and process purchases Restock merchandise and organize displays Help maintain a clean and inviting store environment Assist with unpacking new inventory and merchandising Support daily store operations and closing tasks Promote current sales and featured products Qualifications Customer service or retail experience preferred but not required Strong communication and people skills Reliable transportation and dependable attendance Comfortable working independently Positive attitude and willingness to learn Ability to stand, walk, and lift light merchandise Job Details Part-time position Starting pay: $14/hour Approximately 14 hours per week to start Opportunity for additional hours as business grows
