Overview We're looking for a friendly, reliable Store Associate to join our team and help create a welcoming, positive experience for every customer (and their pets!). This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, loves animals, and thrives in a fast-paced retail environment. As a Store Associate, you'll play a key role in supporting daily store operations, assisting customers, and keeping the store clean, organized, and fully stocked. What You'll Do Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers, answering questions, and offering product recommendations Assist customers in finding the right products for their pets Operate the POS system for transactions, returns, and exchanges Help maintain store cleanliness, organization, and visual merchandising standards Stock shelves, restock inventory, and assist with receiving deliveries Support promotions and in-store displays Follow cash handling procedures accurately Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth daily operations What We're Looking For Previous retail or customer service experience preferred (but not required) Strong communication and interpersonal skills Friendly, outgoing, and team-oriented attitude Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment Basic comfort with technology and POS systems Reliability and a strong work ethic Passion for pets is a big plus!
