The STEP Thrift Stores are located in Southgate, Wayne, and Dearborn Heights, Michigan!

Job Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with Retail sales manager and other team members to achieve company goals
• Greet customers and provide excellent customer service
• Assist customers in finding and selecting products
• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently
• Maintain a clean and organized store environment
• Stock shelves and ensure products are properly displayed
• Answer customer inquiries and provide product information
• Handle customer complaints or issues in a professional manner

Qualifications:

• Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
• Experience in electronics sales or technical sales is preferred
• Excellent organizational skills to maintain inventory and displays
• Fluency in English, both verbal and written, to communicate with customers
