What You Bring:

A deep commitment to delivering outstanding customer service. A self-motivated and proactive work ethic. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Physical ability to stand and walk for up to 4 hours without a break. Ability to bend, stoop, climb ladders, lift up to 50 lbs. unassisted, and push/pull carts up to 100 lbs. unassisted.

What You Will Do:

Provide exceptional service to every customer, every time. Create impactful displays and merchandising strategies. Execute tasks with precision and efficiency. Teach and support fellow Team Members. Learn and grow within your role and beyond. Follow up on tasks and ensure completion to standard. Assist and collaborate with your department team. Communicate clearly and respectfully with customers, team members, and leadership. Uphold all Plum Market policies and standard operating procedures.
