Overview Join our dynamic team as a Hardware Sales Associate and become a vital part of delivering exceptional customer experiences in the retail hardware and home improvement industry. In this energetic role, you will leverage your sales expertise, technical knowledge, and passion for design to assist customers in selecting the perfect products for their renovation, remodeling, or construction projects. Your enthusiasm in this position will drive customer satisfaction, foster long-term relationships, and contribute to our store's success. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to grow your skills in a fast-paced environment while helping customers bring their vision to life. Duties Engage with customers through inside sales efforts, providing expert advice on hardware, lighting, and renovation products. Conduct product demonstrations and explain features to help customers make informed purchasing decisions. Support merchandising efforts by stocking shelves, organizing displays, and ensuring product availability. Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries promptly and resolving issues efficiently. Maintain organizational skills to keep the sales floor tidy, well-stocked, and inviting for shoppers. Experience Proven experience in retail sales within hardware, or construction. Strong knowledge of construction materials, and small renovation processes. Excellent communication skills in English; multilingual abilities are a plus for serving diverse customer bases. Background in construction experience or interior design enhances understanding of customer needs. Ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently while delivering outstanding customer service in a fast-paced environment.
