About Us:
Bernick's is a 5th generation family-owned provider of beverages, vending and food solutions, representing leading brands such as Pepsi, Dr Pepper, Miller Brewing Company and New England Coffee. We service locations in greater MN and western WI.
Job Summary:
The Relief Sales position offers Team Members direct training and development for a Bernick's Sales Rep by introducing you to Bernick's whole portfolio of products. Our goal is to develop your knowledge of the business and sales skill set to prepare you for obtaining a Sales Route.
Responsibilities:
Partner with the Bernick's Sales Team to learn our portfolio, execute sales programs, maintain inventories, and oversee the distribution of productsFill in for route sales reps during vacations, sick days, or high-volume periodsBuild and maintain strong relationships with retail and business customersStock, rotate, and merchandise products on shelves and displaysMonitor inventory and complete accurate order entryAchieve individual growth goals and team sales objectives
Hours:
Full-time (40 hours per week) Monday-Friday, 7:00AM-5:00PM or completionHours may vary with the benefits and challenges that come with the beverage industry
