Fantasy Gifts is seeking to add an employee that is 18 years of age or older, open-minded, self-motivated, with a friendly attitude and has reliable transportation. Key Responsibilities & Tasks Greet customers as they enter the store. Answer any questions and address any concerns the customer might have regarding our products. Listen to customers to gain a thorough understanding of what they need and make recommendations. Examine sales floor when the opportunity presents itself to ensure merchandise is well-maintained and properly rotated. Provide exemplary customer service throughout the shift, helping customers as needed and demonstrating our company culture. Process business transactions on a point of sale. Perform general janitorial duties during and after shift, which consists of sweeping, mopping, dusting, and organizing various work areas. Knowledge/Skills/Experience Ability to count till Team player Able to juggle several tasks simultaneously Organizational skills Experienced with Microsoft Windows 10 mostly outlook Required At least 18 years of age Able to perform basic math (including accurately counting the till), writing, reading, and cleaning tasks without supervision Reliable Transportation Service-oriented attitude Accommodate a set schedule. We do not change the set schedule.
