Retail Store Associate

Job Summary Join the Blue Loon retail team as a Retail Store Associate, where your enthusiasm and customer-focused mindset will drive memorable shopping experiences! In this role, you will be the friendly face of our store, assisting customers with their needs, managing product displays, and ensuring the sales floor runs smoothly. Your energy and proactive attitude will help create an inviting environment that encourages customer loyalty and boosts sales. Seasonal, part time retail associate position available: mid/late-May or June through September. Looking for people who are friendly, enthusiastic and take initiative. Generous employee discount. Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

• Most of the shifts available are weekends. Shifts available are listed below.
• Frequent standing, lifting, bending, cleaning, sweeping, mopping & dusting
• Working in a fast-paced environment
• Sharing product knowledge & recommendations with customers
• Managing financial transactions, preparing merchandise, stocking & inventory.

$14~$17 an hour, dependent on experience. Approximate shifts I am currently hiring for:

Thursdays:

2pm-6pm

Fridays:

10am-2pm, 12pm-4pm, 2pm-6pm

Saturdays:

10am-2pm, 11am-4pm, 2pm-6/7pm

Sundays:

10am-2pm, 1pm-5pm

Mondays:

10am-2pm Along with multiple shifts a week, I am also open to hiring someone for only 1 shift a week, if that is their preference. I want to make this job also available for customers who have expressed interest in working at the store, but who do not want to commit to long hours or multiple days a week. If someone would like to be hired for longer shifts, that is also a possibility. We also have a full time job separately listed on Indeed. The full time job would be Thursday ~ Monday.
