Duties Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds. Greet customers warmly and assess their needs through active listening and effective communication. Manage inventory control by stocking shelves and organizing displays. Process sales transactions efficiently through POS (Point of Sale) systems while handling cash and electronic payments responsibly. Build strong customer relationships by offering personalized service, follow-up support, and product recommendations to foster loyalty. Collaborate with team members to ensure the store remains organized, clean, and fully stocked for optimal customer experience. Requirements Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds. Excellent communication skills Experience with retail sales management, POS systems, and cashiering processes Demonstrated organizational skills with attention to detail Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining excellent customer service standards.
