Responsibilities Engage with prospective customers through outbound sales efforts, including cold calling and B2B outreach, to generate new leads and expand the sales pipeline. Conduct in-depth needs assessments to match customers with suitable vehicles, emphasizing high-end and passenger cars. Negotiate deals confidently, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements while maintaining excellent customer service standards. Manage inventory control and assist with inventory management to ensure availability aligns with customer demand. Utilize CRM software to track customer interactions, update sales records, and support effective sales team management. Upsell additional products and services such as warranties, accessories, and maintenance packages to maximize deal value. Deliver compelling presentations and participate in public speaking engagements to promote dealership offerings and enhance brand visibility. Skills Strong negotiation skills coupled with excellent phone etiquette and communication abilities. Demonstrated success in outbound sales, cold calling, and B2B sales strategies to grow a robust sales pipeline. Proficiency with CRM software and other sales support tools to streamline processes and improve customer relationship management. Exceptional organizational skills with a keen eye for retail math, inventory control, and inventory management practices. Experience in deal closing, upselling techniques, and managing a high-volume sales environment within a dealership setting.
