(MEi) is launching a Field Development Program designed to train motivated individuals into high-performing sales professionals in the exterior and storm restoration industry. This is an entry-level position with a clear path into sales and leadership roles. What You'll Do Knock on doors in targeted neighborhoods Talk with homeowners about recent storm activity Set appointments for roof & exterior inspections Represent the MEi brand professionally This is not high-pressure sales — your focus is starting conversations and setting appointments.
