Greet & Gather | Downtown Park Rapids, MN Greet & Gather is a family-owned home décor and gift shop in downtown Park Rapids, and we are looking for a friendly, dependable person to join our team. This position is a great fit for someone who enjoys working with people, likes staying busy, and takes pride in creating a welcoming shopping experience. What You'll Do Welcome customers and help them find gifts, décor, cards, furniture, and other products Assist customers at checkout and answer basic product questions Restock and organize merchandise Unpack, price, and prepare new products for the sales floor Help keep the store clean, organized, and customer-ready Assist with displays, seasonal changes, and merchandising Support the team during busy times and help wherever needed We're Looking For Someone Who Is Friendly and comfortable talking with customers Dependable and responsible Positive, patient, and helpful Organized and detail-oriented Comfortable staying busy and moving between tasks Willing to learn Able to work independently and as part of a team Retail or customer service experience is helpful, but not required.
