Duties Greet customers warmly and provide knowledgeable assistance with our unique line of products we offer. Assist customers in selecting pajamas, toys, games & many mote items. Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems accurately for cashiering, cash handling, and processing transactions efficiently Maintain organized merchandising displays and stock shelves with seasonal products, ensuring attractive presentation Support inventory management through stocking, inventory checks, and replenishing supplies to meet customer demand Provide excellent customer service via phone communication and in-person interactions to answer questions and promote sales Assist with the wide variety of work tasks such as selling, organizing, display setting, and day to day cleaning procedures. Experience Prior experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred but not required; enthusiasm to learn & grow with a fast paced store. Familiarity with POS systems, cash handling procedures, and retail math ensures smooth transaction processing Strong communication skills in English; multilingual abilities are a plus for serving diverse customers Demonstrated organizational skills for merchandising, stocking, and maintaining a tidy store environment Ability to work alone as well as with an others effectively in a fast-paced retail setting while providing friendly support to all customers Join us in a fun, fast paced environment where your passion for excellent customer service can flourish!
