Responsibilities:

Work as part of a team to provide exceptional customer service Greet customers as they enter the facility Inform customers of promotions available to them Provide information to customers about the company's product and services Assist customers in selecting the products and services to best meet their needs Manage customer information using a computer database system Address customers' questions and concerns both in person and via phone or email Place orders using a computer database system Stock shelves and pick parts for orders

Required Qualifications:

Ability to work well as part of a team Customer service orientation Good verbal and written communication skills Computer proficiency Attention to detail A willingness to learn Ability to pass a background check and drug test

Preferred Qualifications:

Previous sales experience HVAC knowledge/experience
