Job Summary:
Do you enjoy helping people find the perfect clothing, footwear, and outdoor gear for their next adventure? If you have a passion for customer service, retail, and the outdoors, we'd love to have you join the Reeds team! As a Sales Associate in our Apparel & Footwear Department, you'll help customers choose the right products while creating an exceptional shopping experience. We're looking for energetic, dependable individuals who thrive in a fast-paced retail environment and enjoy educating customers about the products we offer. Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer service through on-floor retail sales.
- Assist customers with phone sales and product inquiries.
- Merchandise, stock, and replenish products.
- Greet and thank every customer.
- Assist with inventory, scanning products, and resolving scanning issues.
- Maintain clean, organized displays and sales floor presentation.
- Assist customers with bait purchases as needed.
- Support inventory counts and other store operations.
- Perform additional duties as assigned. Qualifications
- Previous retail sales and customer service experience required.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic Microsoft Word and Excel skills preferred.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Positive attitude, reliability, and willingness to learn.
- Must be able to work weekends.
