We are currently seeking a friendly and detail-oriented Service Greeter to join our team. Responsibilities:
Welcome clients upon their arrival, ensuring a warm and professional greeting. Wash cars and perform fluid top-offs to maintain vehicle appearance and performance. Valet and park vehicles efficiently and safely. Assist with pick-up and delivery services for clients. Check-in rental and loaner vehicles with accuracy and attention to detail. Maintain a presentable and organized workspace to reflect our high standards. Provide administrative support to the staff as needed.
Qualifications:
Excellent customer service skills to ensure a positive client experience. Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members. Effective time management skills to handle multiple tasks and prioritize duties. Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license for the state of residency.
