Position Summary We are looking for a friendly, dependable, and motivated Part-Time Sales Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate enjoys working with people, has a positive attitude, and is eager to learn about western apparel and products. This role is responsible for delivering outstanding customer service, maintaining an organized sales floor, and supporting daily store operations. Responsibilities Greet customers and provide a welcoming shopping experience. Assist customers in selecting clothing, footwear, hats, and accessories. Operate the cash register system accurately. Restock merchandise and maintain attractive product displays. Keep the sales floor, fitting rooms, and stockroom clean and organized. Assist with receiving and processing new inventory. Help customers with sizing, product information, and special orders. Promote current sales and promotions. Qualifications Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred but not required. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Friendly, reliable, and team-oriented. Basic computer and cash-handling skills. Intermediate computer skills is a plus. Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 40 pounds. Interest in western lifestyle, fashion, or agriculture is a plus.
