Customer Service Excellence:

Greet customers, listen to their needs, and provide an exceptional service-oriented experience to build long-term relationships.

Product Expertise:

Learn our company's offerings inside and out to confidently help customers choose the best products and services for their needs.

Store Presentation:

Maintain an organized, clean, and visually appealing sales floor and display.

Operations & Problem Resolution:

Assist with customer problem resolution activities and adhere to the company's exchange and return policies. What We Are Looking For (Requirements):

Work Ethic Over Experience:

Previous experience as a warehouse associate, delivery driver, equipment operator, assembly technician, server, or customer service representative is highly valued. No corporate sales background required. A customer service-oriented mindset with a genuine love for interacting with people. A teachable, coachable attitude and a willingness to continuously learn and develop your skills. Strong communication skills and a desire to meet and exceed sales goals. Previous retail sales, customer service, or hospitality experience is a plus, but not required (we fully train the right candidate!).

Pay:

$60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
