Duties Sell tickets for events, performances, or attractions accurately and efficiently using point-of-sale systems Provide exceptional customer service by answering questions, assisting with ticket purchases, and resolving any issues promptly Manage guest entry by verifying tickets and providing directions or information about upcoming events Handle cash transactions securely, balancing cash drawers at the end of each shift Maintain a welcoming environment by engaging with guests and addressing their needs with positivity Assist with event management tasks such as crowd control and coordinating guest flow during busy periods Support food service or hospitality needs at the venue when required, including handling concessions or assisting with special events Skills Strong background in customer service and guest relations, with a friendly and approachable demeanor Experience in event management or working in entertainment venues such as theaters or resorts Excellent communication skills, including public speaking and clear verbal interaction with diverse audiences Ability to manage conflicts calmly and professionally while maintaining a positive atmosphere Cash handling experience with accuracy and integrity in financial transactions Knowledge of food service or hospitality operations is a plus, especially within resort or theater settings Lifeguard experience or working with children is beneficial for venues that host family-friendly events or aquatic attractions This role is perfect for energetic individuals who thrive in lively environments and enjoy creating positive experiences for guests.
