Job Description
Endless Options, Inc. is seeking a friendly, dependable Retail Associate to join our team. This position plays a vital role in supporting daily store operations, including providing excellent customer service, stocking merchandise, sorting and pricing donations, maintaining a clean and organized environment, operating the cash register, and completing daily deposits. The ideal candidate is a team-oriented individual who values diversity, communicates effectively, demonstrates professionalism, and is committed to creating a welcoming shopping experience for all customers. Candidates should have basic math skills and a strong commitment to the mission and core values of Endless Options. Responsibilities also include attending staff meetings and trainings, maintaining store standards, and contributing to a positive, inclusive workplace culture. This is a part-time position , Monday through Friday with some Saturdays between 9AM to 5PM.
