Responsibilities Greet customers warmly and assist them in selecting products or services that suit their needs Process cash transactions accurately, including cash handling, cash drawer management, and processing cash payments using retail software Conduct data entry for sales records, customer information, and transaction details with attention to detail Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, ensuring product displays are well-stocked and attractive Experience Strong communication skills and a customer-focused attitude are key to success in this role Prior experience in retail sales or customer service roles is highly preferred Retail store experience involving cash handling, cashiering, or point-of-sale systems is advantageous Basic math proficiency is essential for accurate transaction processing and cash management We're a friendly, close-knit crew who love what we do—creating special moments through engraving and sharing great energy with our customers.
