Responsibilities Greet customers and provide expert advice on fireworks Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems efficiently for sales transactions and cash handling Maintain organized merchandising displays and stock shelves to ensure an inviting shopping environment Support inventory management through stocking, inventory checks, and product replenishment Handle customer inquiries via phone communication with professionalism and clarity Promote e-commerce options by guiding customers on online orders and store pickup services Qualifications Previous experience in retail sales or customer service preferred but not required Knowledge of fireworks is a plus Strong communication skills in English Familiarity with POS systems, cash handling, and retail math to ensure accurate transactions Ability to work with physical stamina for standing, walking, and lifting items Organizational skills for merchandising, stocking, and maintaining a tidy workspace Experience with forklifts and or pallet jacks is advantageous but not mandatory Excellent customer service skills with a friendly attitude and proactive approach Join us to be part of a passionate team dedicated to filling customers wants and needs within the fireworks industry.
