Marine Parts Counter Sales Associate Job Summary Formula Boats of Missouri is actively seeking a motivated and customer-focused Marine Parts Counter Sales Associate to join our team. This role is responsible for assisting customers and service technicians with parts selection, processing orders, and maintaining accurate inventory. The ideal candidate must have marine parts product knowledge, attention to detail, and a passion for delivering great customer service. Key Responsibilities Assist walk-in, phone, and online customers with parts inquiries and purchases Identify and source parts using parts catalogs and lookups from vendor resources Process sales transactions, special orders, and returns accurately Work closely with service mgr and technicians to ensure timely parts availability Maintain organized and clean parts inventory and showroom displays Receive, stock, and label incoming parts and shipments Monitor inventory levels and assist with cycle counts and reordering Handle customer concerns professionally and resolve issues promptly Stay up to date on product knowledge, pricing, and promotions Qualifications Previous parts sales, marine experience preferred Strong customer service and communication skills Basic computer skills (inventory systems, POS, etc.) Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment Mechanical knowledge is a plus High school diploma or equivalent required Work Environment Fast-paced dealership or marina setting Frequent interaction with customers, technicians, and vendors May require lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for extended periods
Pay:
$20.00 - $23.00 per hour
