Job Overview:

As a sales associate, you will work face to face with our customers each shift and play a vital role within our store. The primary responsibilities for our sales associates include greeting and assisting customers, providing accurate sales quotes and processing sales orders, as well as working alongside other team members to maintain a well-stocked and organized sales floor. This position offers a great opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast paced retail environment. Weekend availability is required and there is room for growth within the business. Responsibilities Greet each customer and engage with them in a friendly and professional manner Assist customers in making informed purchasing decisions Assist in maintaining a well-stocked and well organized sales floor Process transactions accurately utilizing our in house point of sale and inventory system Utilize retail math skills to calculate quotes for customers Uphold excellent phone etiquette when handling customer inquiries Stay updated on product knowledge and trends, and familiarize yourself with builders and brands carried in our store Collaborate with team members to achieve monthly and yearly sales targets Qualifications Prior experience in customer service and/or retail sales is preferred Basic math skills for processing transactions and calculating pricing for items on the floor Ability to learn new systems Proficient with computers If you are passionate about delivering outstanding customer service and have the skills we are looking for, please apply through Indeed or stop in during business hours to fill out an application or drop off your resume.
