Responsibilities Greet customers warmly, identify their needs, and provide knowledgeable assistance on pet and feed products Operate the cash register efficiently, handling retail sales transactions with accuracy and professionalism Conduct product demos to showcase features and benefits, encouraging upselling opportunities to maximize sales Maintain well-stocked shelves through regular stocking, merchandising, and inventory management Process retail store product knowledge inquiries with clear communication and friendly service Handle cash register operations including cash handling, cashiering, cash drawer balancing, and basic math calculations Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette when assisting customers via phone or online inquiries Assist with merchandising displays to enhance store presentation and promote featured products Support supervising staff in daily store operations as needed, ensuring smooth workflow and excellent customer service Requirements Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred Familiarity with POS (Point of Sale) systems and retail math for accurate transactions Ability to perform retail store product knowledge demonstrations and upselling techniques effectively Strong communication skills coupled with professional phone etiquette Experience with stocking, merchandising, and inventory management in a retail environment Basic math skills for cash handling, cash drawer balancing, and transaction accuracy Knowledge of retail sales transactions, cashiering procedures, and cash register operations Demonstrated ability to provide exceptional customer service with a positive attitude Join us to be part of a lively team dedicated to delivering outstanding service while helping customers find the perfect products for their pets and livestock.
