Under the direction of the Bowling Manager, the Union Bowling Center Attendant serves as a customer service representative to patrons for the Union Bowling Center in support of the Elliott Student Union's missions.

Duties Include:

Opens and closes the Union Bowling Center as determined by hours of operation. Conducts cash and credit transactions. Balances cash at the beginning and end of shifts. Assigns lanes and related equipment to customers. Maintains cleanliness of work area and equipment. Provides an excellent customer experience. Completes all daily operational paperwork and record-keeping. Coordinates with other Elliott Student Union sectors to ensure cohesive quality service. Attends all staff and training meetings. Other duties as assigned.

Education:

Must be currently enrolled at the University of Central Missouri 2.5

GPA Experience:

Basic computer and cash handling skills Ability to think and troubleshoot on a wide range of issues Ability to provide sound customer service to patrons Portrays a positive attitude and an approachable demeanor

Working Hours and Days:

This is a part-time (10-20 hours/week) position with various work hours. Evening, day, and weekend hours will be required.
