Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Insurance Sales Professional to join our team. This role involves engaging with clients to understand their insurance needs and providing tailored solutions. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a background in sales, and the ability to build lasting relationships with clients. As an Insurance Sales Professional, you will play a crucial role in driving sales and ensuring customer satisfaction. Duties Responsible for selling insurance products (such as auto, home, life, and business insurance) to new and existing clients. Conduct outside sales activities to generate new business opportunities and expand client base. Engage in sales by providing personalized insurance solutions that meet client needs. Manage sales administration tasks, including maintaining accurate records of client interactions and transactions. Analyze market trends and customer feedback to inform marketing strategies and improve service offerings. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly. Communicate effectively with clients, showcasing strong interpersonal skills to foster trust and rapport. Assist in benefits administration by explaining policy details and coverage options to clients. Requirements Must have or acquire within 30 days of hire the Missouri Property/Casualty and Life License (reimbursement for materials and testing upon issuance of the license by the state of Missouri) Proven experience in insurance sales or a related field is preferred. Strong outside sales experience with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets. Retail sales experience is a plus, demonstrating an understanding of customer needs. Proficient in sales administration, including CRM software usage for tracking leads and client interactions. Strong analytical skills to assess market data and identify business opportunities. Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, for clear client interactions. Knowledge of marketing principles as they relate to insurance products is beneficial.
