Job Description
Job Summary:
We are seeking a knowledgeable and customer-oriented Cannabis Budtender to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the cannabis industry and provide exceptional service to our clients.Responsibilities:
- Assist customers in selecting products that best fit their needs
- Provide information on different strains, terpenes, products, and consumption methods
- Operate cash registers and handle transactions accurately
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and product knowledge
- Follow all state regulations and company policies regarding the sale of cannabis products
Qualifications:
- Experience in retail sales
- Knowledge of retail math and cash handling procedures
- Familiarity with Dutchie POS systems for sales transactions is beneficial
- Strong communication skills with a focus on customer service
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Understanding of stock management practices
- Basic Understanding of how to verify Patient Allotments in METRC is a plus
- MSDH Agent Permit
- Must pass federal background check
