Job Description
Elite Shirt Co is a fast-paced, creative screen-printing shop specializing in custom t-shirts and apparel. We're known for high-quality prints, quick turnaround times, and a hands-on, team-first work environment. We're looking for someone who's not afraid to work hard, keep moving, and be part of a crew that gets things done—and has a good time doing it. If you like making things, staying busy, and working with people who actually enjoy working together, this might be your jam. Job Summary The Production Team Member - Custom Apparel is an entry-level, hands-on role that supports daily screen printing and digital printing operations. No experience? No problem. We'll train the right person. You'll help prep garments, assist on presses, keep orders organized, and make sure the shop stays clean and running smoothly. Key Responsibilities Assist with screen printing production (loading/unloading shirts, handling inks, helping run automatic presses under supervision) Prep garments for printing (folding, tagging, stacking, counting, and staging orders) Help mix inks and set up print stations as needed Clean screens, squeegees, presses, and tools after runs Check finished prints for quality and accuracy Organize, package, and prep orders for pickup or delivery Keep work areas clean, safe, and organized Jump in wherever needed during busy production days What We're Looking For Good attitude and willingness to learn Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions Reliable, on-time, and ready to work Comfortable being on your feet and lifting up to 40 lbs Able to work in a fast-paced, hands-on environment Previous screen printing or apparel experience is a plus, but not required Why Work at Elite Shirt Co We'll train you — no experience needed, just show up ready to learn Hands-on work — no desk jobs here; you'll stay busy and engaged Great team environment — we work hard, help each other, and keep things positive Consistent schedule — no nights, no weekends Creative atmosphere — you'll be part of making cool stuff people actually wear Room to grow — learn printing, presses, and production skills that matter
