Duties Greet customers warmly and provide personalized assistance to enhance their shopping experience Educate customers on CBD products, including benefits, usage, and differences between options through product demos and detailed explanations Operate POS systems efficiently for sales transactions, cash handling, and receipts while maintaining accuracy in retail math and cash register procedures Upsell complementary products by identifying customer needs and recommending suitable options to maximize sales opportunities Maintain attractive product displays through merchandising, stocking shelves regularly, and ensuring proper signage is in place Conduct inventory checks, manage stock levels, and assist with restocking to ensure product availability at all times Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette when handling inquiries or follow-up calls from customers or vendors Experience Previous retail sales experience, preferably in a grocery store or health/wellness environment Supervising experience is a plus, demonstrating leadership skills and team collaboration Familiarity with POS systems and cash handling procedures to ensure smooth transactions Strong communication skills in English; bilingual abilities are highly valued to serve diverse customer bases Experience with product demos, upselling techniques, and merchandising strategies Ability to perform basic math calculations accurately for retail math and cash register operations Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly attitude and professional phone etiquette Join us as a Budtender CBD and become part of a passionate team dedicated to promoting wellness through education and quality products.
