Service Department Sales Associate The Service Internet Sales Associate interacts with those individuals most important to us - our customers! This is why this professional must be an excellent communicator and become the voice of the dealership in our community. Key Responsibilities Answers incoming sales/service calls; schedules and confirms daily appointments. Promptly follows up on internet leads using the customer's desired method of contact and sets appointments. Conducts follow-up phone calls on warranty, scheduled maintenance, recalls, and marketing campaigns, etc. Acquires a complete knowledge of product information related to the makes and models of the dealership brands. Maintains excellent customer service scores. Core Requirements Proven computer proficiency using a wide variety of web-based programs and software to include CRM systems (Dealer Socket), inventory management systems, automotive DMS systems. Previous automotive experience preferred. Outstanding organization and follow-up skills. Desire to provide a high level of customer service. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Sales savvy. Must be goal-driven and have a strong desire to succeed.
