Our chain of hardware stores was founded in June 2006 by the Dowdell and Shellenberg families of Livingston, Montana. They purchased three stores in Livingston, Butte and Anaconda, MT. Matt was one of Tom's tax clients when Tom approached him to go into business together. He easily drew Matt in by telling him that he wanted to be a business owner to be \the best employer in three communities.\ So, their partnership began with that vision in mind. After many years in business, our organization has grown in number of stores! In 2020, Matt and Tom bought The Hardware Store in Evergreen, MT and converted it to Glacier Ace Hardware. Months later, they built Columbia Falls Ace Hardware. It's been an intensive and exciting process. We are thrilled to have expanded the company and continue to grow our work family! Ace is the place with the helpful hardware folks! We are seeking outgoing, friendly, and helpful team members to welcome and assist customers. Previous hardware experience is a plus but not a requirement as we provide extensive training. What to expect:

You'll work directly with customers welcoming them and helping them find everything necessary to complete their project in one trip. Like working in a fast-paced and fun environment? We are high energy so time will fly. You'll be on your feet for most of your shift (6 to 8 hours). You must lift 25 to 30 lbs.
