Job Summary Join our dynamic team as a Sales Associate and become the driving force behind delivering exceptional customer experiences in a vibrant retail environment. Duties Greet customers warmly and identify their needs through active listening and engaging conversation Assist customers with retail sales, including product recommendations and upselling opportunities Process cash transactions accurately using cash registers and POS systems, including cash drawer handling and cash management Support retail lending activities by explaining loan options, processing loan applications, and assisting with loan collections when necessary Manage data entry tasks related to sales, customer information, and financial transactions using financial software Maintain a clean, organized store environment to enhance the shopping experience Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring customer satisfaction Requirements Prior retail sales or retail store experience preferred; strong customer service skills are essential Basic math skills for handling cash transactions, retail math calculations, and balancing cash drawers Familiarity with financial services such as banking or retail lending is a plus Ability to perform data entry accurately and efficiently, including 10 key typing tasks Experience with cash handling, cashiering, and processing cash transactions confidently Knowledge of financial software applications is advantageous Strong communication skills with a positive attitude and proactive approach to sales and customer engagement Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks associated with retail environments Join us to be part of a lively team dedicated to helping customers achieve their financial goals while providing outstanding retail experiences.
